Onboarding Process

Congratulations! You are on your way to becoming an AmeriTeam Referral Associate.

Step 1: Review & Sign Onboarding Documents

In this step you will verify request your onboarding documents. After verifying your name and email address you will access to them to review and sign. This will send your paperwork to our onboarding team.

  • Compensation Plan
  • Independent Contract Agreement
  • DBPR RE-11 (Transfers your License)
Step 2: Payment Setup & Pay Startup Fees

Our Onboarding Team will begin setting up your account and will send you a link to pay your initial startup and recurring monthly tech/maintenance fee.

Once Completed – Congratulations! You are officially part of the AmeriTeam Family!

We’ll send you a link with instructions

STEP 3: Refer to Agents! They Close it! You Succeed! Repeat!

You can now refer business to other agents, let them do all the work, and collect a competitve referral compensation.

Also, you are free to take care of New Construction customers since the Developer’s agent does all the paperwork!

You are free to attend AmeriTeam events and training seminars and can upgrade to a full service agent any time – just let us now when you are ready. OR continue to enjoy making money with your referral business indefinitely.
